Must Have:
Strong expertise in NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX
contact center platforms, with a solid foundation in SIP, VoIP, and enterprise telephony.
Experienced in cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, and skilled in API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations to enable seamless, scalable contact center solutions.
Hands-on exposure to NICE CXone CCaaS.
Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX), along with practical experience in SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
