Must Have:

• Strong expertise in NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX
• contact center platforms, with a solid foundation in SIP, VoIP, and enterprise telephony.
• Experienced in cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, and skilled in API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations to enable seamless, scalable contact center solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to NICE CXone CCaaS.
• Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX), along with practical experience in SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations. <...
