Night Shift Production Supervisor Electrician

Lead production operations as a Night Shift Production Supervisor at Johnson Controls/Silent-Aire. Supervise a team of 40-75 employees while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained.
In this role, you will oversee production schedules, direct a diverse workforce, and drive achievements in quality and safety. Your expertise as a Journeyperson Electrician will be critical in managing operations, resolving production issues, and enhancing teammate motivation. Collaboration with Quality staff and other supervisors will ensure the team's success in reaching production targets.
