Creation, configuration, and maintenance of different services in Asterisk.

Checking the accoAccountance in every shift on all the servers and sending updates to account managers. Testing CC routes in every shift. SMS monitoring SMS-related queries and complaints raised by clients Raising issues to the vendor for SMS, follow-up, testing, and closure tickets Informing clients to when an issue is resolved or providing the alternating route Monitoring RTP of open RTP routes in 2-3 hours or in case of low performance.

Interconnection testing and providing CDR details to partner. Making routing changes on the server. Monitoring hacking attempts on all the servers.<...
