Urgent requirement ofNOC Engineer - Perm/Contract - Tasmania Requirements 2-3 years commercial experience in a Network Operations Centre, ISP environment preferred Knowledge of routers and switches andlayer data communications protocols Ability to verify that switches and routers as well as their configured network services and protocols, operate as intended within a given network specification Ability to log and troubleshoot core signalling (HLR, HSS), SIM authentication, Call Flow, Trace a fault from Customer Equipment to Core etc Manage the provisioning/deprovisioning of SIMs L1, L2 and L3 experience with Nokia preferred. Private LTE experience, will be an add-on Good understanding of Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (NDAC) Dashboard and Helpdesk Portal preferred Ability to debug, co-ordinate, troubleshoot and debug issues as per the SLAs agreed.
