Norwegian Junior Language Specialist

TELUS Digital is looking for a native Norwegian speaker for our Language Specialist AI team in Finland. This is a fully remote junior position with a fixed-term contract of 2-3 months' duration.

Please note, this is a remote position from Finland. Candidates will have to be located in Finland in order to be considered for this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and validation of machine learning translation corpora
• Rating
• Translation
• Annotation
• Ad hoc linguistic tasks

Skills

• Native speaker of the target language, including major regional and linguistic variants
• Solid and comprehensive understanding of the formal aspects of the target language (e.g. grammar, parts of speech, formal/casual/dialects)
• Knowledge/awareness of linguistic terms and concepts
