• Lead and manage the R&D; department and oversee all new product development activities.
• Conduct continuous recipe trials and product testing to improve quality and innovation.
• Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative product concepts aligned with brand vision.
• Refine and optimize existing recipes for consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all products have detailed and accurate SOP recipes.
