NPI Technical Lead

Job Summary

NPI Technical Lead at onsemi you will lead and support the introduction of new technologies, packages, and products into high‑volume manufacturing. You will manage engineering builds, drive qualification activities, and ensure manufacturability, quality, and performance of new products for Automotive and Consumer applications worldwide. You will work closely with Device, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver robust, high‑quality products that meet customer and business requirements.

• Execute and monitor NPI builds across assigned lines and ensure adherence to build instructions.
• Perform product and process characterization using inspection, metrology, and test tools.
