A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or other relevant discipline is required. A minimum of 20 years of related experience is required. Extensive experience in construction management, specifically in leading large-scale commercial projects exceeding $500 million is highly desired or preferred. Deep understanding of construction laws, codes, and regulations. Proven track record of successful project delivery delivering projects on time and within budget. The ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance is required. Certification by the Project Management Institute in project management or program management is preferred.
