Observability / DevOps Advisor

About the role

The SRE & Operational Intelligence team designs and implements practices and platforms that improve the reliability and performance of our on-premises and cloud applications, services, and infrastructure for our customers and users. Within this team, we are seeking an Observability / DevOps Advisor who will support Intact’s support, operations, and development teams in fully leveraging our solutions and expertise, while helping evolve our ecosystem.

What you’ll do here

• Support teams during production incidents and help prevent future incidents by leveraging our observability platforms and industry best practices;
• Onboard new teams, applications, services, and infrastructure components onto our observability and SRE platforms, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines and the use of artificial intelligence;
