Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents individual needs and goals. Develop and implement tailored treatment and care plans for each resident. Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions based on residents clinical requirements. Continuously monitor and evaluate residents progress and response to treatment. Adjust treatment plans as required to support optimal outcomes and wellbeing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment and treatment records.
