Oenologist - Wine Production Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Oenologist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection to fermentation and bottling. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided for Indian candidates, and we particularly encourage applications from women.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough analysis of grapes and fermentation process to ensure high quality wine production
• Collaborating with winemakers and viticulturists to develop new wine blends
• Managing the overall winemaking process, including crushing, pressing, filtering, and aging
• Monitoring and maintaining proper hygiene standards in the winery
• Maintaining records of production processes and laboratory tests results
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations related to wine production
