Overview

Oenologist - Jabal-Ali, UAE (Preference for Indians with Biometric Passports and Accommodation)

We are seeking an Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is open to Indian citizens who possess a biometric passport and are provided with accommodation. Previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate new wine recipes, as well as supervise the production process.
• Analyze samples and use sensory evaluation techniques to determine quality, consistency, and flavor.
• Keep detailed records of experiments and create reports on findings.
• May need to visit wineries or vineyards to assess quality of grapes, soil composition, climate effects on crops, etc.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the science behind winemaking and the chemistry of vineyard operations.
