One Stop - Infrastructure Technical Architect

The role is responsible for delivering infrastructure change as part of projects and ongoing operational tasks, while providing day-to-day support for One Stop’s infrastructure environment. This includes designing and implementing new technologies, ensuring systems are secure, resilient, and patched in line with security standards, and supporting cyber security requirements. The role works closely with architecture, security, internal technology teams, and third‑party suppliers to deliver infrastructure solutions with minimal business impact. It also provides escalation support for critical incidents, contributes to continuous improvement, and participates in the out‑of‑hours infrastructure support rota.
