Role Description
- University engineering degree/diploma holder (or other technical subjects).
- 5+ years experience within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably Operations, Maintenance, Projects Construction, Commissioning & Startup
- Sound knowledge in Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management (AIPSM) and Hazards & Effects Management Process (HEMP).
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Good interpersonal, communication, coaching and presentation skills.
- Proactive approach to resolving difficult situations.
- Highly proactive, energetic, persistent, and strong capacity to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- High aptitude towards data quality, attention to details and courage to challenge non-conformances.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Upstream operations, maintenance, and HSSE.
