Onsite It Support Technician - Hardware & Software

Atos is looking for an Onsite Support Technician in Saltillo, Coahuila, to provide hands-on technical support at client locations.
You will carry out responsibilities such as troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring systems efficiency and compliance with IT policies.
Ideal candidates should have an associate degree in IT or a related field and 2–3 years of experience in a support role.
This position operates on a rotating shift to meet client needs.
