Role Description

Wesbell is seeking an Ontario Technical Services Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing a regional team of technicians and electricians. Ensuring technical policies and procedures are being followed, jobs are completed with a high level of quality and safety, scheduling, training and mentoring employees.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of your assigned project and technicians
  • Schedule your team of technicians to fulfill client workload, deal with multiple schedule changes.
  • Complete ALL jobs/projects to the allocated budgets which will come from PMO or sales.
