Role Description

Job Overview

Perform maintenance support for the Atikokan mechanical maintenance crew.

Perform project support for mechanical projects at the Atikokan station. Includes project initiation reports, technical specifications and technical assistance as needed.

Perform asset management activities for the Atikokan station including life extension for equipment.

Provide support for the Operations group at the Atikokan station. This includes writing procedures and advising on the operation of various equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Minimum four years’ experience in the manufacturing or power plant operations.

Prefer experience in thermal power plants.

Familiarity with relevant Canadian Codes and standards including TSSA Regulations.
