Role Description

Job Overview

Development and implementation of governance, supporting procedures, contract and procurement templates

Drafting and negotiating agreements

Administration of contracts from the point of award through to close-out as it relates to IT, construction and general services agreements

Administration and management of claims and disputes, including drafting settlement agreements
Qualifications
The candidate must have sound knowledge of Supply Chain functions from cradle to grave.

Knowledge of procurement modernization/transformation is an asset.
