Openshift Engineer L2 Support – Senior (Philippines)

As a Senior OpenShift Engineer L2 Support , you will administer and optimise OpenShift clusters, handling escalated issues and collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous delivery. You will help maintain CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements to platform performance and security.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Install, configure, and automate OpenShift environments to support scalable application deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate and deploy applications within the platform.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Optimise and scale clusters, apply patches and upgrades, and document system configurations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to L1 engineers and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Implement security measures to protect applications and infrastructure.
