Role Summary

We are looking for an OpenText Administrator to operate and maintain an OpenText Content Suite (Content Server / Extended ECM) environment. The role covers platform administration, security, integrations, and upgrade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer OpenText Content Server / xECM platforms.
• Manage user/group provisioning, permissions, and security inheritance.
• Configure Workflow, Records Management, and document categorisation.
• Operate Archive Server and storage providers.
• Apply patches and major-version upgrades; coordinate testing and rollbacks.
• Monitor performance, indexing, and service health.
• Support integrations with SAP, Microsoft 365, and AD/LDAP.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 4+ years administering OpenText Content Server in production.
