Role Description
En Monitoreo nuestro principal objetivo es:
-Garantizar la supervisión constante y eficaz de los sistemas de seguridad y monitoreo, detectando y reportando oportunamente cualquier incidente o anomalía, con el fin de proteger bienes, personas y operaciones. -Atención y respuesta a señales de emergencia.
-Monitorear y analizar señales de alarma en tiempo real.
-Identificar y clasificar el tipo de alerta (intrusión, incendio, emergencia, seguimiento de patrullas).
-Aplicar protocolos de respuesta según el tipo de incidente..
