Contract: Essex Highways
Location: Ardleigh, CO7 7LS
Contract Type: Permanent
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports the delivery and governance of organisational support services for the Essex Highways Partnership.
The postholder will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, providing value for money for our client while contributing to sustainable shareholder value, in line with contractual requirements, tender commitments, and agreed processes.
This will be achieved through a collaborative approach built on mutual trust and cooperation.

Provide organisational support for Essex Highways, particularly across the following areas: Fleet Communications Team Operations and Maintenance Support to depots and Depot Managers
