The Role
This role focuses on managing the import process for your dedicated customer base from pre-alert right through to delivery, you will also be required to manage a small number of exports from time to time. A seamless point of contact for your customer is paramount to achieving service excellence, hence prior knowledge of import and CargoWise will be the start to securing an interview for this role.
