We are seeking a talented individual to join us as Project Management and Continuous Improvement lead at Guy Carpenter, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role delivers end-to-end project management, continuous improvement and executive operational support to drive measurable operational gains, inform strategic decisions with data and VOC insights, and lead changes during system/process migrations.
