Role Description

What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join the team located in Acacia Ridge QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a 12-month max term contract opportunity available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Key areas:

  • Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.

  • Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily
