The Operations Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw operational data into structured insights, building scalable reporting systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and performance. You will not just “prepare reports” - you are expected to question data, identify gaps, and influence business decisions.
What You'll do
Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports (Power BI as primary tool)
Automate recurring reports and workflows using Excel (VBA, Power Query)
Extract, clean, transform, and model large datasets from multiple sources
