Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is a key position within the Global Parts Operations team and is directly responsible for collection, management, analysis and reporting of all data within the Global Parts Operations department. This role supports the ongoing analysis and optimization of Parts Distribution Center (PDC) operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports based on PDC KPI’s and metrics.
• Analyze PDC operations data (storage capacity, throughput, order accuracy, productivity) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate warehouse processes (receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping) and provide data driven recommendations for improvements.
• Mine data to support root cause investigations of operational issues.
• Provide support to PDC leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
