Operations Analyst

Provide production-first OpenShift platform and application operations support for UAT, PTE, and Production.

Execute triage, stabilization, and incident response for OpenShift-hosted workloads and supporting platform services.

Support infrastructure operations in Azure for hosted platform/application resources.

Contribute to automation and deployment reliability using modern CI/CD and GitOps practices.

Participate in on-call and after-hours operational support coverage.

Core qualifications and capabilities:

2+ years of experience supporting OpenShift or applications utilizing the OpenShift platform.

2+ years of experience supporting, deploying, and configuring infrastructure resources in Azure.

2+ years of experience using automated deployment methodologies and toolsets such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
