Operations and Implementations Specialist

We are seeking an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build‑strategy capability. This role is the bridge between strategy and execution—taking scopes, identifying the right system structure, and building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems that empower teams to operate with clarity and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building
• Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools
• Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage
• Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation
• Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies
• Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems
