Operations Assistant

Daily Inspections & Incident Reporting

• Conduct daily school walkabouts to check for potential mosquito breeding grounds, pest control issues, and acts of vandalism.

• Inspect the campus for water blockages, building seepage, and maintain strict monitoring of canteen hygiene standards.

• Report any operational incidents or defects immediately.

General Maintenance & Contractor Supervision

• Escort and provide direct supervision to various Term Contractors (e.g., building maintenance, electrical contractors) while they perform repair works on school grounds.

• Execute simple, hands‑on repairs and carpentry work, such as the cutting of padlocks.

• Resolve simple electrical issues and faults, such as handling power trips.

• Assist in putting up decorations for school events and festive occasions.
