Operations Associate - Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented D2C Operations Specialist to own and
scale the end-to-end operations of Divine Heals — a fast-growing spiritual wellness brand
dealing in crystals, rudraksha, and healing products.

This is a ground-up role. You will be responsible for building the operational backbone of
the business — from inventory management and order fulfillment to packaging oversight,
dispatch coordination, and daily ops management.

You will work directly with leadership
and be expected to bring structure, systems, and scalability to every operational
touchpoint.

• Own end-to-end inventory management — procurement planning, stock levels,
