Operations Associate

• As an Associate you will play a key role in assisting key stakeholders in executing project(s) or initiative(s) that is aimed at improving our business processes
• You will be working closely with senior and middle management in strategic decision making through research, data analysis and reporting
• You will also be tasked with providing additional support to cross departments to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business analyst or associate-level roles. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in ecommerce, B2B or D2C is an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in business, social science, technology or engineering fields
• Self-starter, motivated and have a passion for working in a fast-paced e-commerce industry
