Working days: 5 days/week

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily deployment schedules
• Support assignment of cranes, operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors
• Update job status, crane movements, and daily operation records
• Assist in handling ad-hoc changes and operational requests
• Communicate with clients and site personnel on job confirmation and arrangements
• Relay site instructions to operators and internal teams
• Assist in follow-up on job completion and feedback
• Assist in checking validity of operators’ licences, certificates, SSIC, and medicals
• Support submission of RA, SWP, lifting plans, and MOS
• Ensure cranes deployed have valid inspection certificates and documents
