Role Description

Purpose of Position:
To coordinate Customer recovery plans during irregular operations in an effort to minimize overall impact to Customers and the Operation.

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate events that may impact Customers in a negative way.
Monitor flight activity and resource availability in order to provide proactive recovery planning and response to irregular operations.
Ensure accurate flight forecasting day of flight.
Develop recovery plans that seek the optimum commercial solution and review them with the Commercial Operations Manager prior to implementation.
Recommend decisions on cancellations, delays, aircraft swaps, or other operational decisions based on operational requirements.
Coordinate with other regions for cross utilization of resources as required.
Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Dispatch on aircraft availability.
