Operations Director

A tech-driven logistics company is seeking an Operations Director to join its Barcelona-based office on a 10 month fixed-term assignment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee multidisciplinary teams across multiple European locations, driving the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Contribute as a key member of the Global Leadership Team, aligning operational technology priorities with Product and Engineering roadmaps to support increased automation.
• Strategic Supply & Demand Management: Take ownership of the operational P&L across key city segments, shaping and executing strategies to ensure a balanced supply-demand dynamic and strong budget control.
• Automation: Champion the evolution toward more automated operations, reducing reliance on manual processes in high-volume markets to drive scalability and efficiency.
