We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Director to lead our Tuusula manufacturing site through its next phase of performance, transformation, and growth.

In this role, you will provide both strategic and hands‑on operational leadership for a multi‑disciplinary manufacturing organization. You will be accountable for driving excellence across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost, while strengthening operational resilience and enabling business growth. A key part of the role is transforming operations through the disciplined deployment of the Envista Business System (EBS), while accelerating automation, digitalisation, and AI adoption.
