Operations Division Head (Commercial)

Overview

The Division Head for Operations will lead the overall performance, efficiency, and strategic direction of a portfolio of large-scale commercial assets. This role is accountable for ensuring that all properties operate seamlessly, remain financially strong, and deliver a high-quality experience for both tenants and customers. It covers both operational execution and technical oversight, including property upkeep, engineering services, tenant engagement, security, and compliance, while driving long-term asset value and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
