Role Description

Summary:
Manage routing configuration changes and validate deployments. Support API traffic migration to a new Kong-based gateway. Provide / incident triage and escalation with a -minute SLA for P issues. Perform patching, certificate rotations, and compliance tasks. Contribute to post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and runbook updates.
