Operations Intern

We are looking for an Operations Intern to support Courier Labs in the Food Delivery business. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with multiple teams, including Finance, Legal, and Tax, to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation. You will work closely with your manager, follow day-to-day guidance, and contribute to key operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement system and manage related processes.
• Process and organize invoices accurately.
• Maintain and update tables, spreadsheets, and contracts.
• Conduct basic legal research relevant to operations in Mexico.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Tax teams on operational and documentation matters.
• Follow day-to-day guidance and provide timely feedback on assigned tasks.
