Operations & Inventory Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support daily ecommerce operations, including inventory planning, supplier coordination, fulfillment, and product setup. This role is execution-focused and critical to keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory forecasting, stock levels, and reorder planning
• Monitor SKUs, track trends, and flag stock risks (stockouts, overstock)
• Coordinate with suppliers on reorders, timelines, and quality checks
• Work with fulfillment/3PL partners on restocks, shipments, and performance
• Support product setup in Shopify (listings, SKUs, pricing)
• Coordinate inbound shipments and logistics
• Assist with product launches and new sales channel operations
• Maintain accurate operational records and tracking systems
