What you’ll own

• End-to-end fulfillment performance — SLA compliance, fulfillment accuracy, and platform health across all brand partner stores.
• Warehouse and last‑mile operations, including SOPs, 3PL partner management, and returns handling.
• Client‑facing operational updates for brand partners — trusted ops point of contact.
• Peak season planning and execution (11.11, 12.12, Brand Days).
• Continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and scale throughput.
