Operations Leader

**Job Description**

As an Operations Leader on the Engine Systems Unit Integration team, a typical day involves overseeing and executing daily operations, guiding and supporting our hourly workforce, and serving as the primary point of escalation for the team. The Operations Leader assumes full responsibility for ensuring seamless product flow, meeting and exceeding the expectations of both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
