Operations Manager

Scope of Leadership RoleThe Operations Manager is a hands-on leader of overall production operations who will drive day to day shop floor performance over multiple value streams at Location over 3 shifts, + 300 associates and $60M+ business.This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality while following required safety protocols.The Operations Manager will also actively support Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) initiatives to enable continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process and elevate the site to a 'center of excellence' for the Gearing Division and a destination of choice for external customers.Directly reporting to this position are the Production Chief and Maintenance Chief.Key Responsibilities:Production Management/Maintenance- implement long-term operations strategy which results in sustainable Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
