Operations Manager

About The Role

As Operations Manager you will be a leader in our business and have accountability for ensuring that our high standards of contract delivery are maintained whilst delivering against agreed contractual commitments. You will oversee several contracts across various sites in the ACT as well as some surrounding NSW regional areas.

Responsibilities 

·       Successfully executing contract deliverables on time and within budget

·       Identifying both internal and external opportunities to assist in the growth of the business

·       Effectively coordinating resources to ensure optimal performance

·       Ensuring positive stakeholder relationships are maintained across contract lifecycles

·       Leading, mentoring and work collaboratively with all operational staff
