Our operation in Daventry has an exciting opportunity for a client focused and forward thinking Operations Manager . In this pivotal role, you will provide clear direction across the site, driving operational efficiency and ensuring we consistently meet, and exceed our customers’ expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will act as the site lead, providing strong leadership and direction to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. You will oversee a diverse team of stock controllers, small warehousing team and agency staff to ensuring effective planning, organisation, and communication to meet all KPI targets. You will maintain high standards of safety and security and uphold exceptional client service at all times.
