Operations Manager

A Financial Media Client is seeking an Operations Manager with strong experience in awards operations, events, conferences, or B2B media environments. Candidates with backgrounds in awards operations, conference production, event operations, or finance-focused media/events businesses will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational coordination for awards programmes, conferences, and events
• Coordinate timelines, submissions, judging processes, stakeholders, and event deliverables
• Work closely with internal commercial, marketing, editorial, and production teams
• Support event logistics, planning, vendor coordination, and execution
• Ensure smooth operational delivery across multiple projects and deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
