Operations Manager

We're looking for someone who can create and maintain an efficient system of operations to support the business's needs. The individual will be heading the Homestays community branch of the company, and therefore, maturity in communication with the homeowners is an essential trait.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
Report to the founder on various functionalities of the company, Raahghar, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Prepare annual performance reports of the business generated for the various homestays across India.
Ensure a smooth functioning of all the teams under the Raahghar brand.
Handling the www.raahghar.com website and looking at its general well-being.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in hospitality.
Proficiency with Canva or other design tools if need be.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
