Managing exam center staff (invigilators, technical support) to ensure proper execution of protocols.
Troubleshooting technical issues during exams and coordinating with IT support if needed.
Maintaining the physical exam center infrastructure, ensuring cleanliness, proper seating arrangements, and equipment functionality.
