Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the manufacturing facility to ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role bridges the gap between executive strategy and floor-level execution, focusing on process optimization and resource management.



Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products. Monitor workflow and adjust resources to overcome bottlenecks.
